Hey Loves! So let's be honest. Being a woman is hard. Yes, I went there on the very first well technically second sentence. I've been getting into some good reads lately. One of the books that I recently finished was "running on empty" by Heather Lindsey. This book is very refreshing because it gives an insite to exactly how over achieving we as woman can be. We try to juggle motherhood, being the best wife, a full time job, being an entrepreneur, taking care of yourself, mental health and 50 other hats that we put on. But guess what, how much time are you saving for yourself? Let me be the first to tell you, exhaustion and burn out is REAL sis. Mentally, physically, and every other way possibly....your just Tired. Why don't we ever feel like we need a minute to ourselves without feeling guilty. I'm going to challenge each and every woman reading this to take out a pen and some notebook paper. Write down 10 things. 5 being simple things that you want to do for yourself. Then write 5 big things that you want to try. For example my simple thing would be going to the movies, or have a me-nic( a picnic by yourself). The simple thing you choose to do, I challenge you to do that week. The big things on your list like going on a trip or spending the night at a luxurious hotel with a bomb spa. Plan that out, set a date and treat yourself. Remember, how can you be the best version of yourself if your on "E".
