Becoming a Boss

 Let me tell y'all, If ten years ago you would have asked me what do you do for a living, I definitely wouldn't think I'll say "Oh I own my own business". I grew up some kind of shy and quiet. I didn't want to be seen and I definitely didn't want to be heard. The classic underdog. I had a vision of growing into one of those woman who strut in 6 inch pumps, wear those fashionable suits, hold my head up high and knew I was something serious, you know....like a boss. Over the years, I went from not wanting to be heard to man I have a lot to say. It started with changing my mindset. Understanding, in order for me to change and inquire what I wanted in life for my future I had to think different. Getting into a boss mentality means you have to want it to work and build up your confidence to know it will work. Understand the services that you provide or the products that you are presenting are worth it. Consistency and dedication will lead your business into the state of success. How bad do you want it? Where do you see your business going in the next 5 years? Eventually do you want your business to be the sole financial provider as your primary income or is this your side hustle? These are the questions you need to answer in order to understand what path you would like your business to go in. I challenge everyone who wants to either start your business or grow your business to come up with a plan, create a question and answer list, research and execute your business plan. I believe, NO scratch that, I know you can do it. So go for it!
